I found the staff friendly. The room was super clean and spacious! Blackout blinds and soundproof rooms allowed for a good night's sleep. A fridge, bathrobes, slippers, and a coffee machine were nice extras. The location is great. It is easy to reach by car and quiet.
It was a bit odd that the sink and toilet are separated. This felt awkward

The room was clean. it featured lovely bathroom products , a detail i always notice. the location was convenient for the arena. It was great to be so close to the event.
i found it odd that the sink and toilet were separated. it felt awkward before washing hands. the food service was slow , and when it arrived , the meal was not hot enough.

the king room offered a very restful experience. the abundance of plug sockets throughout the room proved useful. the bathroom featured a huge shower head and a separate body shower head. i appreciated not hearing any noise despite my room's proximity to the lifts.
i noticed the breakfast lacked some standard buffet items at that price point.

My king room was spacious and well-designed. The bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the air conditioning. It kept the room at a consistent temperature. The hotel also had a fridge, very useful for storing drinks and snacks.
